Thoughts on Matej

What do I know about Matej Mohorič? Let me think for a second...

Ok, well I know he's on Bahrain Victorious.

Um ... I know he's Slovenian. In fact, he's a former Slovenian National Champion. (I only know that because I've seen him wearing the jersey—which is a nice one! Not like the tacky American one. Don't get me started.)

Also, being a Slovenian means that he's a fellow countryman to Tadej and Primož. That's pretty cool. I bet he knows them. (He's never won a Grand Tour like they have though. I know that for certain.)

Umm, let me think here ... I know that I like him. (For whatever that's worth.)

Oh, and I know that he won Milano-San Remo a few years ago. I think it was the year he used a dropper post on that ... I mean, let's call it what it was: reckless ... descent. He's such a good descender though, goddamn. It's probably his biggest strength actually. I know that for certain too. (Well ... moderate conviction.)

Ummm ... I don't think I know anything else about him...
